Just in case anyone was under the impression North Korea is truly an evil country, and under the further impression the Agreed Framework II will accomplish anything at all, I submit this 1997 Mark Davis documentary in which he gained to the famine-stricken northern part of the country. The worst part? Most of the North Koreans you see in this video probably starved to death.
