Actually if you look at the cyclical nature of the Economy. It was on a rise last few months of Bush Sr’s run after he took us to war. 8 years later it was down at the last few months of the Clinton run which we didn’t go to War, and 8 years later its rising in the last 2 months of Bush Jr.s run, while we are at war.
