Sarah Palin – Kuwait Gallery

Here at ASHC we get an enormous amount of traffic from people looking for Sarah Palin photographs. My friend Jason over on postpolitical says he’s experiencing the same phenomenon on his blog, and we took to calling it the hunt for “Palinporn.” Toward that, my favorite keyword from this hidden web image search also comes from Jas: “A MILF we can believe in.”

Of particular interest I’ve found, are those lovely pictures of casual Sarah in the Kuwati desert visiting Alaskan National Guard troops. So here is a gallery of all the pictures we have of that, culled from public-domain government websites, some of which appear to be no-longer publicly accessible.

This raises an interesting comparison. How many times did the Governor of Alaska visit the Persian Gulf compared to the junior Senator of Illinois? Who went there to visit the troops under their command and who went there for a photo-op?

  2. on 30 Aug 2008 at 9:41 pm RonT

Notice her face in most of the photos. Her mouth is closed as she listens to the troops. Ever seen Joe Biden’s mouth closed?

What a refreshing answer to the Senator from Windbag first elected in 1972. Sheeit, Biden predates Disco!!!!

I gotta tell ya.  I really like her.

I was hoping you had photos of her handling an M4. The only ones I’ve seen are screen caps from that Youtube video.

There was a gentlemen who had a high resolution image of this thumbnail on Flickr last night. Unfortunately he has since deleted it.

Democrats criticize Sarah about lack of experience but Obama less than four years ago (Nov 2004) was only a state senator. Think about your own state senator. Do you think he or she is qualified to be President? Sarah has run a state government. What has Obama run? Campaigns? He more qualified to be the Chairmen of the National Democratic Party.

Also, maybe Sarah’s Democrat critics would prefer Donald Rumsfeld or Dick Cheney – both men have a tremendous amount of experience in international affairs.

  8. on 31 Aug 2008 at 7:31 am Ronnie

I really like her.  And she have more experience than Obama.  She have 10 years of Executive experience (8 years as Mayor and 2 years as Gov’t),  and Obama have none.  For Military,  she have experience and Obama have none.  How can Obama be a Commander in Chief if he have NO experience?

  9. on 31 Aug 2008 at 8:33 am Terese

She’s a dream candidate. What I’ve learned about Sarah Palin so far… I love! I gave to the campaign yesterday to show my appreciation and support for this decision. I had to, I needed express to the campaign that they hit the nail on the head! Now, this is the kinda change I can believe in.

  10. on 31 Aug 2008 at 9:17 am Bonanza Bucko

I’m an old, nasty sexist pig!  And I love her!  Wish she’d bag Obama and Biden the way she bags a moose!

Girls are just as good at anything as guys when they wanna be….maybe better because they don’t have the hormones to brag and prance around….like Biden and Obama.

BTW, there’s a new name for Obama going around:  OOM (Osama Obama and Mama).

I find opponents of McCain-Palin quite amusing when they attack Gov Palin on the subject of experience. Of course these are the same types of arguments used in past elections such as “he’s only a peanut farmer”, “he’s just an actor”, “he’s only the Gov of one of the smallest, econimically depressed southern states”.

But let’s get a little perspective and review some facts:
    1. Gov Palin entered elected office in 1992, five years prior to Barack Obama (Illinois State Senate 1997) and is the only candidate on either ticket with civilian government senior executive experience, six years as mayor, two years Commission Chair, two years as Gov.
    2. Barack Obama served in the Illinois Senate for 5 years, two of which were spent campaigning for US House of Representatives and US Senate, and voted “present” over 130 times rather than state a definitive position. In his 3 years as US Senator, he has only spent 40 active days conducting Senate business, the rest has been campaigning for President.
    3. As Gov of Alaska, Sarah Palin is Commander in Chief of the most active, most highly trained, and most expansive National Defense infrastructure of any state in the union (the Russion Bear is just 90 miles from her furthest outpost).
    4. Barack Obama visited Europe and the Middle East (only recently) and has no actual experience in any foreign policy or military capacity at any time in his career.
    5. Gov Palin has managed the largest, most expansive reserves of natural resources in the entire country while guiding the economic and regulatory agencies responsible for supporting the uninterrupted flow of energy resources to the continental US.
    6. Senator Obama has led no organizations, agencies, departments, or businesses of any kind, at any level of government or civilian corporations. He has no economic or resource management experience of any kind, and produced no legislation that has resulted in the expansion of economic health to any segment of the economy.
These are unequivocal facts that are not in dispute. I’m happy for the debate about experience. It should be a real exciting 65 days!

  12. on 31 Aug 2008 at 10:20 am Bonanza Bucko

NTAnderson should replace that *&^%$weed Paul Krugman at the Noo Yawlk Tahms. NT writes better and, besides, he can think beyond his nose.

BTW, again: Sarah Palin would find it easier to bag OOM and Slow Joe than it is to bag a moose because both of their heads are bigger than a moose’s…including antlers.

A governor with a 80% approval rating while 87% of Alaskans are positive that she’s lying about her hand in having or trying to have her ex brother-in-law fired. Governor Palin appears to be very well-spoken, an advocate of political reform and yes a self-described hockey mom. But she’s also http://roschellenelson.blogspot.com/2008/08/follow-up-to-bristol-palin-pregnancy.html“>a blatant liar who didn’t think her plan to attempt to cover up her oldest daughter’s pregnancy would ever come back to haunt her.

  14. on 31 Aug 2008 at 10:44 am Karen

    I really like her too….

Never thought I would say this, but I donated to the McCain campaign today. And by the way, I am a registred Democrat….

    >>But she’s also  blatant liar

Inexperience angle wasn’t working out so well huh? Why don’t you take a page from your candidate’s playbook and not engage in the politics of slanderous, speculative libel, for which you have no hard evidence whatsoever.

  16. on 31 Aug 2008 at 11:12 am Bonanza Bucko

Wow! Roschelle thinks Sarah is a new and female Clintooooon! Wouldn’t that be a nifty thing–a conservative, Christian, NRA member, abortion opposing…..uh liar?!

That kinda talent only comes from attending lotsa parties like the one in Denver last week….can’t be nurtured and cultivated in places where the air is clear and people carry guns.

Now that McCain as replaced the GOP good old insiders with independent members, the GOP is a goner, the good old GOP never really liked him because of his break with the party when it is the right thing to do, the good old GOP insiders, never were good anyway, must be fuming now that he’s picked a union member for VP! and the public republican wanta be’s voters are buying it up not knowing they are voting an independent party to replace the GOP! The partys’ over for the GOP, amazing John McCain has done it again, end the GOP from the inside out instead of a direct front…WAY TO GO McCAIN either party that gets in won’t be the GOP of the past, it will be the Independent party within the shell of the GOP label.

Rob:  Sarah has run a state government. What has Obama run?

    His mouth off?

  25. on 31 Aug 2008 at 6:52 pm bigb

Okay she was mayor of a town of 8,000 people, wow thats impressive, that is about 1/20th of what a Nascar event will hold.  As governer was she not on maternity leave for about 6 months, which means that in reality she has barely spent any time as a governer. Talking about grasping at straws, grasp away, grasp away.

  26. on 31 Aug 2008 at 7:20 pm Ronnie

How many days or months or years of mayor or gov’t did Obama run?  NONE, not even one single second.  Nice try.  And guess you didn’t notice how fierce she is?  Or are you just scared?  She don’t aimed at Dems.  She aimed at both parties.  Unlikely Obama who votes presents to 130 votes as if he wanted to defend his own party.  Again, nice try.

  27. on 31 Aug 2008 at 7:37 pm kathleen

As an inedependant and a mother,  does it strike any of you republican or democrat with all the whaling that you are doing on each other about experience… that she visited Kuwait 3MONTHS after having her baby.  I might add that she looks pretty darn good for having a wonderful God given gift with some heart ache attached to it. I truly don’t know whether the rumor is true or not, but what the heck is she doing heading half way around the world leaving her kids at this time to visit the soldiers.  I am sorry but this truly is a woman who is putting herself FIRST before her family, AS A MOTHER it is pause for thought.
Also, do you all realize how riduculous you sound comparing her to Senator Obama and Joe Biden?  I am not quite sure that at this point in time it takes a rocket scientist to say to those who thinkshe’s the best thing since slice bread… you had better hold back your opinion for awhile until this business/rumor about whether or not she had the baby…
It would have been OK if she was keeping it quiet for the sake of her family… but the fact is she is in a position to possibly be the leader of the free world and guess what… it’s smelling more and more like she just might have not told the truth (lied) and furthermore, as a possible future VP, it’s called a cover-up.  Not to mention putting her family in the position that she’s put them in.  It’s not about the daughter, the baby or anyone else except for Sarah Palin’s MORAL CHARACTER.

  28. on 31 Aug 2008 at 7:56 pm Lee

Get some evidence, or take your libelous innuendo campaign to a site that doesn’t require substantiation for persuasion Kathleen.

  29. on 31 Aug 2008 at 8:23 pm Lance

Lee, not one to tell you how to run your comments section, and I agree with your indignation, but maybe made up stuff/ smearing people without evidence should be deleted? Seriously, we don’t want this place resembling the Democratic Underground or the Daily Kos. Since we spend time decrying that kind of thing (and we have done that in regards to Obama, not that he has thanked us) then I don’t see why we have to allow it.

    Leaping Spark
. I am no fan of Obama, but he is not a militant Muslim. Let us keep things in the proper field of play.

  30. on 31 Aug 2008 at 8:25 pm Ronnie

I had to read what Kathleen said, twice and now I get it.  I understand what Kathleen is saying.  So I am male myself,  but are you saying that men can go ahead and go around the world while have family (children) and women can’t ?  Plus Palin is touring with McCain and guess where children is?  Yep, with her all the time.  I am afraid that Lee is right, check first before throw liberals comments.

  31. on 31 Aug 2008 at 8:45 pm Lee

    >>I don’t see why we have to allow it.

Feel free to delete anything you want Lance. The innuendo campaign is so transparently politically motivated and preposterous, I say leave it up in the sunlight. Let people see how genuinely vile and unscrupulous the opposition can be, in their own words.

  32. on 31 Aug 2008 at 8:53 pm Lee

And I should add as a comparative measure, it’s not we who support a candidate who we’ve concluded is so utterly indefensible on his own merits, that we have to impugn the legitimacy of a downs syndrome infant and its mother, in an attempt to win a political contest. Anyone passing along such slander is invited to examine how their politics has brought them to this stage in life. There is a far better course available to you, in which you are not reduced to savaging your own integrity to vandalize the reputation of others.

  33. on 31 Aug 2008 at 10:29 pm Ann

I am a Democrat that will be voting McCain/Palin this year, I really like her and am glad he chose her, we have plenty of Washington insiders, nice to see some fresh faces there..  Now this is the change we need..

  34. on 01 Sep 2008 at 12:14 am synova

She’s great… not as experienced as I’d wish, but we needed her now, not later.

The smears are amazing aren’t they?   And admonitions to withhold the positive comments while wild speculation with no evidence whatsoever is… responsible?   It’s rather funny.

The Loose Change crowd is having a grand old time.    And, wow, suddenly it’s become irresponsible for mothers to work outside the home.   Go figure.

  35. on 01 Sep 2008 at 12:17 am synova

    Wonderful pictures, btw.

Someone is bound to bring up how Palin said she didn’t know much about the Iraq war.   It seems to me that she takes an active interest in her duties as National Guard commander and governor of her State.   If she knows enough to know she’s not a know-it-all she’s leaps and bounds ahead of most of the rest of the people in government.

  36. on 01 Sep 2008 at 1:22 am Undecided

As for the baby rumor, the picture removals from the website, her water breaking, finishing the 30-min  speech,  getting on a plane for 8 hours then giving birth seems suspicious.  I watched a video interview in which she talked about hiking – at 7-months pregnant – as she walked and drank her coffee.  I thought coffee was a no-no. Maybe I am wrong. But would a woman carrying a 7- Month old baby with downs be this carefree? She said she knew from tests about the downs. Meanwhile her daughter is out of school for months with mono. This just all seems like Edward’s year long denial of an affair.

  37. on 01 Sep 2008 at 1:34 am synova

So it’s a whisper campaign is it?     No accusations just mild suggestions?

She doesn’t act stressed enough?   She exercises too much?   She drinks something (unknown) from a coffee cup?   She’s not in a frightful panic over the pending birth?

    OMG.

You must be right.   It’s not like she ever had a child before or knows what to expect.    It’s not like leaking amniotic fluid and no labor pains might lead someone to expect they’ve got several hours to get where they want to be.   It’s not like vastly pregnant ladies do things like take long walks (Palin), do jumping jacks on video on their due day (me), or head off to play tennis with a beach ball under their uniform (a Sgt I worked with), spend the entire day before going into labor shopping yard sales (my best friend)… or…

No.  It’s clear that using a coffee cup to drink from, hiking, continuing to work and travel with four weeks to go, and failing to panic utterly at a amniotic fluid leak is suspicious.

    Very suspicious.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

  38. on 01 Sep 2008 at 1:44 am synova

Oh… proof Trig is her baby?

On the top two pictures… she’s got a leak.   And if you look really carefully at her breasts (and you know you want to) they sort of fluctuate in size between pictures… obviously she’s pumping.

(Okay, she may have spilled something else on her t-shirt but it seems that anything at all goes as “proof” these days.)

  39. on 01 Sep 2008 at 5:28 am Lance

This just all seems like Edward’s year long denial of an affair.

No. In Edwards case there was evidence. Not that I care who he was banging, but there was evidence. You present none. Not one thing you mention is unusual. Could it be true? Just about anything people want to make up can be true. I just expect something more than some people want to believe it. I could say Obama is having an affair and find all kinds of things that don’t prove anything, but show he had the opportunity. It would be scurrilous to suggest it without some actual basis.

Most importantly, it would be scurrilous even if later it turned out he was. Making stuff up and then having it turn out to be coincidentally true is no defense.

I have four children. The last three my wife was working within hours of giving birth and after the first signs of labor. She exercised on a regular basis. It is healthy to hike and be active while pregnant. Exactly why is the Downs syndrome aspect indicative of anything? What bearing does it have on whether she hikes, goes to work or drinks coffee compared to any other child? It is a genetic defect. Her behavior afterward has no bearing on the condition. This is not evidence, it is rumor mongering of the most disgusting kind. Whether you are purposely spreading it, or just don’t now anything about childbirth and are a gullible victim, stop.

I enjoy to read those comments.  I find it funny when people talk about Palin and baby or family which millions of women do the same.  It is not just Palin but millions, millions of America women, who have kids and still working.  Guess it is just typical liberals but I don’t mind read, I enjoy the way liberals talk.  They just can’t talk about something like as experience,  which Palin have a lot more experience than Obama who runs for president, and she have military experience and Obama have ZERO.  I can list the compare with 2 persons.

  42. on 01 Sep 2008 at 7:51 am bigb

Okay as an Independent, I just can’t help to wonder that if you took a person with the same experience but made them a Democrat if alot of the people posting here would not be saying things that are the contrary as what they are saying now. I mean here in Charlotte N.C. we have had the same mayor for 5 terms and we are a city of 250,000 plus. We are also the second largest financial hub in the U.S. He is now running for Governer, so if elected and he serves a year or so as such, does this make him a good vp candidate?

ok bigb, it depend on what he is doing in office?  If a mayor of my city is up for VP, I am not going to choice or accept him because of what he is doing.  Palin is a whole different thing.  She have a lot of good background.  And her action is very impressive.  She not only attack on Liberals, but on Republicans too.

  45. on 01 Sep 2008 at 8:18 am Lance

He is now running for Governer, so if elected and he serves a year or so as such, does this make him a good vp candidate?

Maybe, and as has been pointed out she is running for VP. Obama has accomplished exactly nothing and has less relevant experience and he is running for Pres.

I just can’t help to wonder that if you took a person with the same experience but made them a Democrat if alot of the people posting here would not be saying things that are the contrary as what they are saying now.

That’s only a good point if it remains hypothetical. The immediate problem here is that we can roughly do that with Obama, who is similarly a young fresh face in politics….and I for one certainly haven’t argued that he wasn’t qualified to be president. I’ve argued he’s less qualified than Sarah Palin, which is not the same thing. Reverse the roles there, make Obama a popular governor of Alaska and Palin a popular Senator from Illinois and I’d say the reverse, because it would be reversed.

  48. on 01 Sep 2008 at 11:47 am NTAndersen

I find it very curious that within 48 hours of the Palin announcement, the whole blogesphere shifted from denigrating her experience (which only intensified the focus on the lack of experience leading the Democratic ticket) to a smear campaign in a full frontal attack on her family.

    *  The attacks are against an innocent baby with a significant handicap, a teenage daughter (a recent press release from the McCain compaign confirms their 17 year old daughter is in fact 5 months pregnant and engaged to the baby’s father), and a family’s decision on how to deal with it.

Are the detractors questioning the veracity of a mother defending her children?  Would these attacks have been casually accepted by Sen Clinton of her own daughter?  As a father of teenage daughters, this had to be a real punch in the gut to the entire family.  The fact that they have chosen as a family to continue represents how strong a family they truly are.  Is there any doubt that their daughter didn’t encourage her mother to run despite the obvious embarrassment this would cause her personally?

    *  Kathleen, you attack Gov Palin for performing the duties of her office in visiting units under her command deployed to an active area of military operations.  I went to war three months after my daughter was born, female military mothers have deployed for 15 month tours less than six months after giving birth, female CEO’s have returned to run Fortune 500 companies within weeks of the blessed event, are we all less compassionate parents for it?

What would your sisters in the National Organization of Women say about this?  Is it your contention that women should drop everything to focus solely on their family?  That would imply that women are not on the same level field as men.  Is this truly your belief?  Do you believe that any of Sen Clinton’s supporters agree with you?  This is foolishness and smacks of desperation.

I, for one have worked for men, women, black, white, and every color in between.  Some were effective and some were incompetent.  The only mark of effective leadership was whether they made the right decisions in the most difficult circumstances.  I can safely say, I’ve worked for several women who I would entrust with the life and death decisions of this country.  I don’t know if Gov Palin is one of them yet, but the early information certainly indicates she fits a similar mold as those leaders I respect.

    Lance,
Some of you Taxocrats need to read the Quran, Obama’s methodology in campaining follows the Taqiyya. First, deny Islam and claim to be a Christian to fool the infidels, and then lie, scheme, deflect, and throw out the race card whenever you or your policies are challanged. Sounds familiar doesn’t it. I’m bi racial also but don’t hide behind any race card.

Sorry, but I’ve become confused.  I always thought the Democrats wanted women to be strong and independent, enter careers as they see fit, be treated as equals to men, be paid the same, be given respect and not taken advantage of, and capable of doing anything they set their mind to.

But since Saturday morning I’ve gotten the impression that Democrats (well, at least the far left Democrats) think women should stay home, leave important jobs to the good old boys in the establishment (i.e, the Bidens of the world), be called tramps and sluts, be ridiculed for their hair styles, and insulted for having run businesses and states, told they should have aborted a child they wanted and love dearly, and be harped on for having the audacity to think they could do better in Washinigton than those who’ve been there forever without having done anything but make things worse (i.e., the Biden types again).

    McCain/Palin in a landslide!

Now if only we can oust Nazi Pelosi and Harried Reid…

We may be many discreditable things here at ASHC, taxocrats though we are not (although I like the euphemism). Just to clarify if you’re a new visitor, Lance is the editor and owner of the blog.

I’m not Muslim. Am I concealing it in order to mislead you? How can one know? If we’re practitioners of the dispensation, perhaps we’re taxocrats after all for that matter –denying it to conceal our true motives. This is troubling. *eyes fellow bloggers with new found sense of paranoid suspicion*

Guess what?  It is official,  Trig is actually Bristol’s daughter, not Sarah’s.  Now,  look,  what Liberals wants for high schools is to hand out condoms and say it is ok to do what they wants to do.  Then Liberals bloggers went all over Sarah and Trig even if it happens to millions and millions of Teenagers across the United States.  Sarah is no different from us.  At least she is honest, unlikely Obama who still denying with Rev. Wright,  still denying with Ayers, still denying with other things.  He refused to admit.  My hat off to Palin for being honest and said that Trig is actually Bristol’s daughter and Bristol is going to get married soon to Levi.  Just sad for Liberals to do nothing but attacking as if they can do their things and others can’t.

It is official, Trig is actually Bristol’s daughter

Nope. I believe you’re confusing one pregnancy with another there Ronnie.

  55. on 01 Sep 2008 at 4:34 pm Ronnie

Okay, I must have read it quickly.  Sarah Palin do have her 5 children.  And her 17 years old daughter, Bristol, is pregnant, and is planning to keep the baby and is going to married father of future baby.  I am proud of her (Bristol) to keep the baby.  Because so many decide to have abortion.  And she is not the first or only one who are pregnant as teenagers.  There is millions and millions of Teenagers and even that Liberals give out condoms to the kids as young as 13 in schools.  As I mentioned earlier on my post.  Now, Liberals have 2 choices, to accept or say no to everyone includes stop Liberals from give out condoms!

I’m an independant from Ohio,  not always voted the right way at times, but feel it’s time for a woman in the Whitehouse. Do I think she can handle the job of VP, sure, can she handle the job of President..Bill Clinton said; no one is really ready to handle that job, including him.  So right now, today, I’m leaning toward the GOP, I think they got it right for a change.  Talk about “change”, she is a change of pace for the GOP!!!

    Lance, and Lee,

My apologies for coming off so radical. I’m a African, Cherokee, Scottish American who bleeds red, white, and blue. I spent most of my life as a child growing up in poverty. Please forgive me for being sensitive about America, it really hurts me to hear Obama, and his wife say so many negative things about America.
Now the Democratic party is attacking Sarah Palin relentlessly. I think they should have spent more time investigating Baraka Hussien Obama before selecting him as their candidate. I have read everthing I can find about all of the candidates, and find Obama, and Biden lacking on all counts. I have never voted Republican in my life, but I guess this will be the first time.
Just another college educated, gun toting, bible thumping American, like Sarah Palin.

    Peace, and God bless America

Leaping Spark -  Tell that to media.  There is, (estimate or guess) 90 percent maybe? of Media are for Liberals.  They are always attacking Republicans for years and throw red carpet and flowers at Democrats no matter if they are good or bad.  When it was Obama vs Clinton,  most media attacking Clinton because they prefer Obama who have NO EXPERIENCE.  I am not surprise if Liberals in here is yelling at me.  Nobody can stop me from tell the truth.  And don’t be surprise if they attacking Sarah Palin and let her handle it.  She knows how to handle it,  she will choke Liberals and media, too.

HaHa, I love it, McCain says Drill Now, Drill Here …then says sending $700 billion overseas to people that don’t like us is crazy…and now he picks a woman who has more executive experience than the Dem’s candidate for president…Gov Palin is  Ronald Reagan in a skirt.  Tomorrow I’m getting McCain/Palin bumper stickers.!!!

Great sentiment, but you have to admit that’s a scary thought visually.

    My fellow Americans,

I have just finished reading The Obamanation, and Obama: The Man Behind theMask, both books spell out what he is all about. I think most Americans will probably freak out after reading about the new prophet, ( Farrakhan reference to Obama). As I wrote before I’ve been one of those liberals for 30 years, but when the world trade center was attacked, reality came home to roost. The Islamic Fundamentalist claim that they will control England by the year 2020, will America be far behind. Obama is only the first step, the four Supreme Court justices he will nominate will be the second step. Muslims in this country are already demanding that they be sworn in with the Quran, not the Bible. They are also demanding that they be tried by Sharia law. It really shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone that Sarah Palin is being attacked through her children, Obama is using the Taqiyya, which allows him to say or do almost anything to accomplish his goals. Google Obama’s Taqiyya for a better understanding of his methodology.

    God save America

Leaping Spark, if you’re going to continue to make up these Obama smears we’re going to have to ask you to not comment here anymore. It’s the same as the kos kids making up the smears about Palin and her pregnancy. There’s no room for that kind of immoral and classless talk around here.

  68. on 03 Sep 2008 at 8:19 am ChrisB

Spark, I’m not a liberal (and it’s not a slur in the first place), and I’m not trying to limit your freedom of speech. You perhaps need to study a little bit to learn exactly what that is. I simply don’t want you making up slurs on this blog, whether it be about obama being a muslim or palin not wanting her baby/covering up her daughters baby. It’s the worst kind of political discourse and we’ll simply not be a part of it.

  69. on 03 Sep 2008 at 8:58 am Lee

Don’t let “Chris” fool you Spark, I’ve been onto his game for months. He’s using his Taqiyya mind powers to mislead you into believing he’s a writer on a rightish American blog. In actuality his name is Muhammed bin Fahad, notorious leader of a crack Algerian terror cell. He can’t prove me wrong either, since everything he says can be a cunning Taqiyya lie and all evidence is necessarily deeply concealed from view. Stay tuned, I’m also soon to expose my parents, my clients and every teacher who didn’t like me in highschool as Taqiyya-practicing, clandestine terrorist operatives. They’ll all be sorry soon, just watch.

I am enjoying it so much.  It is my first time to use Blogs and wanted to learn before I want to start my blogs.  And sometimes I rushed up and made a few mistakes myself.  LOL I mean,  I understand that Bristol is 5 months pregnant,  but it is a big deal because I ( a male) is a father of 2 kids before I graduate from High School and am still single today.  I am in 40s now.  So it is a big deal.  But Palin is powerful woman because she come from Middle Class like as most of us.  And she understands the family problems because she is just like as us all.  So she is capable of handle Middle Class or Working Class family better than Obama.  And I did actually laugh so hard when I read that Obama said that he have more Executive experience than Palin because of his CAMPAGAIN for 18 months.  CAMPAGAIN?  That is not “office” or anything like that.  That means to talk, raise money, stuffs,  it means nothing compare to Palin’s 10 years of Council, Mayor and Government experience!

Do the math, morons!  How could her daughter have just had a baby and now be five months pregnant?  The baby is not five months old yet!  And not all women get fat when they are pregnant so why does it surprise anyone that she looks good after having a baby?  Movie stars do it all the time.  It seems to me the liberals are running scared and grasping at straws because Sarah Palin is intelligent, has more experience than the Democrat candidate for President and she is a woman!  She is the liberal feminist’s nightmare because she is truly a woman who has done it all.  She has been successful in business, career, politics and in her family life.  Isn’t this what feminists have always touted, that women can have it all.  Now that a woman who fits that mold is VP on the Republican ticket, now they want to say that since she has children she is not fit to be VP because her family may distract her from her duties.  You don’t hear this when a man has children. She is married and maybe her husband is just as capable of parenting as she is.  So why should she be any more distracted from her job than a man would be?   I think that liberals are so scared of her because real women can relate to her and have experienced the same sexism and struggles she is facing now.  So keep bashing Sarah Palin because it makes women like me more adamant about voting for her ticket.

  77. on 04 Sep 2008 at 9:49 am Lee

After sitting through two conventions hearing the same tired old rhetoric, i am completely convinced that politicians, most of them lawyers, are still smiling in our faces while reaching into our pockets. The conventions as a whole were very boring.

I came away sickened and disgusted by the mainstream media’s sychophantic coverage that was slanted toward one party in particular. My party, the Democrats. As an American i expect the media to present fair and balanced coverage during this election cycle. Americans deserve the oppotunity to make a choice, their choice not the media’s. I think our slimy media is about to find out how much it’s going to cost them. Please, if you have time, email the mainstream media and demand fair and balanced coverage, we are Americans we deserve it.

    Peace

  80. on 05 Sep 2008 at 9:49 pm Ronnie

Okay,  I have 2 comments to make.  First of all, I agree with media things.  I am tired of bias but I can handle it because it is like this for years.  It is not just media but other parts too.  Like as teachers wanted to preach political, and so on.  What I would love to see is to have positive and negative of both, not just one side.  I am Conservative but I respect everyone, and I can’t blame people, it is because of what they heard or learn, such as media and education which disappoint me.  I did write several times to demand Media to stop being BIAS.  Only FOX News give fair and balance, I know some of you disagree, but that is your choice,  you have your own TV and you can watch what you like to watch.  Remember, this country is freedom of choice.

Second,  I read someone post before comment on media.  It really make me laugh.  According to McCain,  it is been 6 months and several names being shown,  Sarah Palin and Hutchson (I think last name) from Texas includes.  And I agree with his choice, it is not about women.  It is more of who she is.  She is strong Conservative plus she crushed both parties, not just one party.  Obama never crushed both parties, only one party.  And she have a good experience than Obama on Executive and she also have experience as Commander of Chief for National Guard, you probably say it is big deal, but not if you see border with Russia.  It is not a joke or easy job.  I can keep go on.  McCain did right thing by choice right person.

I don’t care or even think it have something to do with Hilary Clinton.

The rights of radio station WGN 720 to broadcast negative information about Obama were attacked by Obama’s gestapo. Apparently the new prophet realized that the host of the program had discovered some interesting links between terrorist bomber Ayres, 15 Saudi business men who support terrorism, and Baraka Hussien Mohammed Obama.

Obama dispathed his smear machine to stop or disrupt the broadcast, similar to his henchmen who tried to disrupt John McCain acceptance speech. Politics in my opinion have sunk to a new all time low with this slimey south Chicago politician at the helm of the Democratic Socialist Party.

    Democrat for McCain!

Do you not find it strange Obama does not recognize the American flag, look on his plane and other signs around him? Also he will not settle the problem of being a natural born citizen, which there are questions. Another thing he will not take a stand on any point, i.e. abortion “I don’t like abortion but it is a woman’s right” either you are for it or against it. When we are attacked you cannot sit in the most powerful office and think “well I do not agree with the attack but I understand why they are attacking us” “maybe we should negotiate with them”. We tried to negotiate with Muslims 200 years ago and they still wanted to kill us, that country is now Libya. Talk to Muslims is a sign of weakness not strength and there is no respect in weakness to them. Bottom line I think Obama does not like America or does he respect America and somehow wants to bring us down to a lower level.  I have been a Democrat all my life but never again. If this is the best they can come up with forget it I cannot be a part of anything that is trying to take us down.

I am amazed at the talk of Gov Palin’s foreign policy experience. When Pres. Clinton was elected he’d only been a governor. He’d never served in the federal government. Where were all these people screaming about his experience.

I read some posts questioning her as a mother – leaving her children to go oversees (she had not just had a baby, her youngest was born this past April), being on maternity leave 6 months, etc. I am a mother of one and expecting #2. After having my daughter I had the luxury of working from home and after a few weeks I brought her to work. I plan to do the same with the new baby.  I watched a special about her. She takes her kids to work, brings them along when she can. SHe and her husband have worked out an arrangement and he’s more of a stay at home dad. Why is it so terrible? Fathers pursue their ambition without regards to leaving a family behind.

God realized the GOP needed a miracle to win in November. Sara Palin is the miracle! Think about it! Everything from baby Trig having Downs Syndrome to Sara’s daughter’s pregnancy has played right into the GOP’s hands. These events have caused the left to go into spasms and the more they crticize Sara, the more people jump to her defense, including a lot of Democrats. I am loving this, Sara is another Ronald Reagan, except she wears a skirt!

LMAO… No problem.  Obama is communist, loves to raise taxes, want to talk to Iran, etc and McCain – Palin wants Country First, clean out Washington of corruptions, keep taxes lower, keep America safer, so on….   So sorry, your debunk.  :)

  93. on 16 Sep 2008 at 10:42 pm Mike

Again Ronnie give or show me facts, not spew out words with no substance. I can say Mccain is a war loving, wife cheating, double talking fake. Or Palin is cult loving, attend six colleges barely got a degree, who can’t do an interview even when she was given the questions in advance but I can give you proof.

Check out this link on the issues.  http://www.ontheissues.org/default.htm It’s official. Don’t listen to Mccain or Obama, look up the proof on who will raise taxes and who will lower them. Show ME how Mccain will clean out corruption when he is surrounded by lobbyists.  How he is change with his 90% agreement with Bush. How would you handle Iran? Bomb them with Russia being one of their supporters. With us already in two countries now fighting a war that does not seem to have an end to it.  EXPLAIN TO ME HOW HE IS GOING TO DO IT. LIKE I SAID I WILL PICK IT APART

  94. on 16 Sep 2008 at 10:58 pm synova

The 90% voting with Bush is on the 22% (or so) votes where Bush voiced an opinion (since he doesn’t vote in the Senate.)     When it comes to voting party line Obama rates at 96% party loyalty, higher even than Harry Reid.     McCain is among the lowest for voting party line and party loyalty.

Yes, Mike… why don’t you actually look up the numbers.

Who is most likely to stand up to pressure to go along to get along?

    It’s not Barry.   It’s McCain.

But maybe that’s the problem?   You’re afraid that McCain will decide to actually stand up to someone… people like that cause trouble.    Barry… he’ll dither.   He’s safe that way.

  95. on 16 Sep 2008 at 11:36 pm Mike

still no one show’s me how Mccain will lower taxes more than Obama

The claim is true. According to Congressional Quarterly’s Voting Studies, in 2007 McCain voted in line with the president’s position 95 percent of the time – the highest percentage rate for McCain since Bush took office – and voted in line with his party 90 percent of the time. However, McCain’s support of President Bush’s position has been as low as 77 percent (in 2005), and his support for his party’s position has been as low as 67 percent (2001). Those are facts.

Obama’s votes were in line with the president’s position 40 percent of the time in 2007. That shouldn’t be terribly surprising. Even the Senate’s Democratic leader, Harry Reid of Nevada, voted with Bush 39 percent of the time last year, according to the way Congressional Quarterly rates the votes. Those are facs once again.

Answer the tax question from my previous post

  96. on 17 Sep 2008 at 4:52 am Ronnie

Nice try.  McCain have perfect record of never support earmarks/porks.  Obama and Biden both have terrible record of vote,  Obama voted about a billion dollars of earmarks and Biden have way to many earmarks to vote for.  Biden have several lobbists.  And the list you mention is very interesting and funny.  But I don’t see any facts on those.  Votes are already mention on pervious post.  Obama will double the taxes on everyone.  For one, $25K income,  McCain with $4,500 and Obama want $8,400.  I can post proof.  You have no proof on McCain, wife cheater, or Palin with cult.  She is Christian.  Sorry, nice try.

  97. on 17 Sep 2008 at 9:17 am Mike

Post proof please for everyone.   Lastly tell me how you choose someone based on meeting them in passing. Are you honestly willing to tell me Mccain picked Palin based on experience and because she was the best for the job, honestly can you tell me that? He chose someone he personally did not know. How do you choose the Vice President of the United States based off reports and bio info on paper. He picked a total stranger to himself to try to win the White House. What does that tell you about his character. Would you hire someone to watch your children based off a brief introduction you had with them months ago? Would you let them watch your business while you were away? Mccain would however
You guys take care. We will never see eye to eye, but that is the beauty of America, freedom of opinion. Whoever is elected I will support them because I will always have my country first and I hope they can turn the sinking ship around. God Bless America

The McCain/Palin ticket would pour salt into our G. Bush inflicted wounds. Palin just got the biggest, unearned, unjustified job “promotion” in US history. She thinks very highly of herself now that GOP handlers have put “lipstick” on that crappy resume of hers and , undoubtedly, she will continue to lie about her qualifications for being VP.
Her slip of the tongue “Palin-McCain” ticket says it all. Palin hires unqualified friends for public office in Alaska–same as Bush Administration hiring unqualified cronies. Their laissez-faire economic policies will destroy this country faster than any terrorist could. These people want power but they don’t know how to use it for the general good. Palin is a short-term benefit to the campaign, but God help us if either of them gets elected.

Ok on Sarah Palin, but did you forget about Teddy Roosevelt ?  Both Sarah and Teddy have no foreign policy when they both become Vice President.  And Sarah have more experience than Obama.  Do me a favor, read more before you post something silly and no proof at all.  Obama run the country like as if you find a new job (as first year) and then become CEO or President the next year.  That is how Obama is.  137 days as Senate and all he did is vote YES or NO.

Obama is a liar.  He claimed that Bush was the one who messed up the banks, but actually it was Clinton Admin.  And Obama is 2nd highest corruption from bank that was collapsed.  McCain did warned about it,  Obama and Dems are the one who blocked the vote in 2005 and 2006.  We need to vote for McCain/Palin so we can clean up the messy from Corruptions and bring us to right direction.  We need our money in our wallet.  Obama wants to take a lot from your own wallets.  Your choice.  Country First or Obama First.

Sarah Palin has worked hard to get where shes at. She deserves the same respect as Joe Biden and Obama.  She and MCcain have a good campain.  Underneath it all she even has a family to take care of.  Joe Biden is old and worn out. We need someone who wont get us killed.  The last thing we need is Obama taking the troops out of Iraq, Kuwait..ect. There just going to bomb us again and kill more inocent lives. No. I dont think so. We need to solve the problem then take them out. It will be over soon.
I hope you keep this in mind when your voting.

I do not have doubts that if Palin was in a position to make a quick/serious/button pushing military or social decision, she would and could.  No president is without advisors, liberal and conservative, even in an emergency/catastrophic time.  She may seem “the softy sales pitch” beast, but to be as beastly as men have proven to be, she could.  Most of our politicians have proven lack of stamina with many incorrect or questionable decisions.  Most have fallen to greed.  Obama’s personality is far more prone to set a precedent of power over everything else.  You can talk the talk, but where you’re most likely to walk, is another story.  Palin and McCain will truly attempt to make the government accountable, which in the end is more crucial than pacifying the system users.  The democratic logic is to have more government supplying the people’s needs instead of flowing with the needs.   A cleaner/honest government is much higher a priority for longer term sanity of the nation.  In four years Obama’s government will have more graft, influence saturated, unqualified crony infiltrations and be shaking hands with more devils-world and special interest groups).  Yes, many of the dilapidated neighborhoods will have fancier community organizer building frontages and new furniture (compliments of the heavy new tax burdens-which will NOT just be those “less than $250,000 small businesses).  The crime will still be equal (about the only equality outcome of the chosen one’s regime) and government process will still be “business as usual” with no MAJOR goal in place to bring government waste and abuse to its knees.
Human nature dictates a percentage of chance in decision making.  That is what is propelling and fueling Obama’s magician appearance.  Like little kids, magic is exciting for the moment.  Might even make one think they can fly with magic!  I wonder how many of Obama’s supporters/dreamers would think of flying, say from a thirteen story building?
NOTE:  comments and jokes about McCain’s arm/body movements have been slung about.  I challenge any reader to go years in torture, arms tied behind their back and then hung from the arms in that position for hours/days.  His shoulder blades were dislocated many times, hands/arms were broken/smashed with pipes (reason he can’t lift his arms).  I think any of us would have bouncing nerve endings and muscle/joint controls with much less torture.
Those that don’t think of serving society in any way, accept their own needs, cannot relate.  Yes, many have suffered by history’s horrors.  This is all the more reason to relate to a leader of reality, than one of ego and hidden agendas.

Its amazing to listen to people like bill Mahr and Genine who cares how to spell garafolo talk about moral issues.  As for the rest of hollywood. Did u hear that stupid bitch say that democrats are just better people than republicans. I say we do a pole in prison on what party you like the most. Ya think most thieving losers are republican prison inmates. I think not. And I know what all you liberal wanna blame it all on the rich guys are thinking.  Democrats are not better people. They are mostly made up of losers who want to blame everbody else for theyre problems. Yea lets just take from a rich guy and give it to a bunch of drunk retarded low income lazy cry to my union all day democrats. That will certainly save this country. You know why the republican party is being looked down on in this country? Because being a republican means hard work and family values.  Something that all those losers puting husein and binladin signs in front of theyre welfare houses wouldnt understand.  Oh and back to gay hollywood. Why would i listen to a guy that dont even kno which hole his dick was made to put in.  Yea hes inteligent. He dont even know what his dicks for. and yea I know my spelling sucks. but at least i can use my dick properly and work everyday and know that im the one who provides for my family. Not someone who votes present half the time at work. Go to your place of work say present and sit all day and see where that gets ya. good luck loser.  and tell your union steward to do some f????? work.

I’ve been so disappointed in the American voting polls.  The right for a democratic nation was fought by our forefathers.  Does the majority in America not recognize the socialism in Barack’s message?    Haven’t you seen the pattern of a nation with poor economic conditions that embraces the government taking care of them and trying to pawn off the plan that everyone will have close to equal goods?!   And did you see the results?  After a short period of time, they were worse off than before.  Please vote for McCain/Palin to keep the sacrifices that were given us alive.

I am sorry to disappoint you guys who only see the external appearance of this lady and are lured by her pretty face,  but your blindness do not let you see that she is an ambitious and selfish, egocentric, thief , who knows how to use her physical countenance to get all that her greed wants to put her higher and higher in power and riches.
What good mother would put her career and ambitions behind her and leave a dysfunctional family in order to earn fame and money? :   Sara Palin  can do it.

When it’s a man (or a Democrat?) it’s called being decisive, confident, or even driven.

This election cycle will turn me into a feminist, when nothing else has.
