Airport Lounging

I’m typically a strict ‘functional flier.’ I hate how our airports have been turned into outrageously large shopping malls and over-priced restaurant courts. My plan is always to get to the airport as late as possible, schedule connections almost on top of each other, and get where I’m going as fast as I can with a minimum amount of sitting around reading newspapers more completely than I ever would at home. But these luxurious airport lounges make me wonder whether I shouldn’t take my time in traveling.
