Pic: simplistic political activism at the Blaha Lujla metro stop in Central Budapest. My own thoughts on the matter are here. And no, Michael, the Gellert baths were not as molest-y as you made them out to be. Rather, the aggressors weren’t quite as frightening as you implied!

Well you obviously have yet to abuse the Unicum. You can still type.
By the way, that’s the best post title EVER.
Heh. Well it’s been several years (since ’92), so the molesty ones I encountered have probably all died. Must be a younger hipper crowd now … I’m hoping for your sake
Interesting tidbit: I’m pretty sure it was the Gellert spa that was featured in the Eddie Murphy/Owen Wilson remake of “I Spy”.
Anyway, glad you enjoyed it.
“I Spy” indeed had lots of Budapest scenes including Gellert hotel themes. I stayed there with the wife in 2002 and it was clean and nice without any molestors. Unicom is disgusting. And I love drinks.
I also like Gyor and Sopron when I was there.
