Europe Steps Back on Biofuels

The European Commission is introducing new constraints on biofuels after just recently mandating their expanded use. Says the Commission: “We have seen that the environmental problems caused by biofuels…are bigger than we thought.” Uh-huh. Are you guys really sure you’re not just making this stuff up as you go along?
