Certainly Sarkozy and Merkel are a step in the right direction, so maybe so. Still, with texts like that one would expect change to be rather slow.

Well, to be fair, maybe it’s getting better. Perhaps the texts were much more rife with inaccuracies in the past, and they are now including more accurate information than before (which we were not treated to in the articles). Europe is notoriously slow to change after all.
