Such a simple thought exercise can be (and, to Eliezer's credit, probably will be) fodder for a great many other challenges to intuitive thinking. Simply because we have been discussing waterboarding recently, I found the exercise to offer some rather counter-intuitive insights. I'm really curious if anyone else sees what I do, but I'm afraid that almost nobody will ever read this post.
